Sometimes even the nicest homes need a little bit of a makeover! This beautiful lakefront home was almost perfect, but we knew there were one or two improvements that we could make to really turn it into a fantastic place to live. And it all started in the kitchen.
This family was ready for a kitchen that met their needs in a comprehensive manner, giving them the room (and beauty) that they’d always imagined in this space.

We recently did a complete overhaul of a kitchen in a beautiful house in Denton, and even we were surprised by how well it turned out! No surface went untouched in this remodel—we updated everything to match the vision our client brought to the project.
One of the biggest problems they were running into with their previous kitchen setup was a lack of space—and not just storage space, but workspace too. The kitchen lacked a centralized area to prepare ingredients, and there just wasn’t enough space to store everything they needed on hand for meals.

The new owners had recently purchased this home in Aubrey, Texas and contacted Kraft Building and Remodeling to remodel the kitchen and bathroom and add a mudroom and an outdoor living area. A mudroom was built by the garage entrance and painted to match kitchen cabinetry. Storage cabinets were added to the kids’ bathroom, providing more space for toiletries and accessories. [Read more…]

New AlexanderStone countertops replaced the old. [Read more…]

Kraft Building and Remodeling did some work on the Denton Corinthian Yacht Club several years ago to renovate the building. It was previously an open structure, but was renovated to enclose the space. Large windows give the structure unobstructed views of Lake Dallas, like it had before the renovation. General renovation tasks were performed as well. [Read more…]

The owners contacted Kraft Building and Remodeling to bring updated features that this older structure lacked. The kitchen was extensively remodeled and renovated while ceilings throughout this structure were restored. Updated fixtures, new countertops and new tiling were added to the powder room as well as the master bathroom and shower. [Read more…]
